It’s 5:30AM in Guatemala City, just one hour behind our home base where we flew out of Newark Airport yesterday. I’m sleepy, but excitedly hop into the car on our way to the heliport with our team: Co-founder of Afficionado Coffee Roasters, Adam Bossie, and Head of Research and Development, Peter Turso.
